Future of the Real Estate Industry Discussed in Ankara
The 4th International Conference on Real Estate Development and Management, ICREDM 2025, held in Ankara from February 3 to 5, 2025, brought together leading professionals from the real estate development and management industry.
This year’s main theme was “Housing and Commercial Real Estate Markets and Their Future Amid the Climate Crisis and Financial Risk.”
As the main sponsor of the 4th International Conference on Real Estate Development and Management, Apsiyon participated throughout the three-day event with a strong team.
During the session titled “Financial Responsibilities and Challenges in Facility and Real Estate Management,” leading experts from Apsiyon Academy shared their knowledge and experience with participants.
The session featured Prof. Dr. Özgür Biyan, Academic Training Coordinator at Apsiyon Academy; Ekrem Dost, Apsiyon Academy Trainer, Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor; and Attorney Armağan Dergin, Apsiyon Academy Trainer.

In the “Digitalization and Technology Solutions” session, Apsiyon CEO Kudret Türk discussed the value Apsiyon creates for the industry and the impact of digital transformation on facility management.
Kudret Türk also introduced the Content Generation Tool and Data Studio features of Apsiyon Digital Assistant ADA.

The session titled “The Current State and Development of Facility and Real Estate Management in Türkiye” brought together leading representatives from the industry.
The speakers included Ozan Özen, Director of Apsiyon Academy and President of the Professional Facility Managers Association (PTYD); Attorney Nihan Güneli, Apsiyon Academy Trainer; Yahya Sağır, President of the Confederation of Facility Managers and Consumers (TESKON) and the Federation of Facility Managers (TEYFED); and Süleyman Görenekli, President of the Federation of Facility Management and Suppliers (TYTFED).
The conference covered a broad range of subjects, including valuation theory, real estate economics, urban design, project management, property technology, investment, and finance.
Current issues such as climate change, disaster risks, and digitalization were also discussed throughout the event.
